      Fit and Firm

        I love exercising very much. Whenever I have free time, I will go to the fitness center at my university. I usually run  on a treadmill for 20 minutes.Next, I ride the bike for 15 minutes.Then, I usually lift weights to strengthen  my muscles before I have a sauna and take a shower. I always feel fresher and fitter after exercising.
